Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  5. Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to customers and stakeholders.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  5. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
