Job Title: Technical Manager

Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to lead our Design and Engineering departments. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving product development, ensuring our solutions are at the cutting edge of technology and market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the Design and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support senior management in sales, contracting, and service operations to drive business growth.
  • Lead product development by applying your thorough understanding of industry technologies and market trends.
  • Ensure the business offering remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/design roles with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 apps, AutoCAD, and relevant industry software (Hevacomp, IES, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and develop the Design and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with Revit and AHU Design/Manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of refrigeration technologies and BMS systems is essential.
