Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely completion of stock counts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
  • Travel to different client sites each day, with occasional overnight stays

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Working Conditions:
