**About the Role**

As a Deputy Supervisor at Halfords, you will be a vital member of our management team. We are a dynamic and hands-on business, where every team member plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and support a team of colleagues, providing one-to-one coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement labour force scheduling strategies, utilizing your time management skills to optimize productivity.
• Deliver coaching and training to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer service.
• Contribute to the commercial success of the business, demonstrating a deep understanding of the current operating environment.
• Utilize excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be willing to learn in-house systems.
