Job Title: Sustainable Packaging Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Engineer to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of our packaging team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our packaging solutions meet the stringent requirements of regulatory bodies, customer needs, and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Develop and design packaging solutions that meet regulatory requirements, ensuring all packaging complies with relevant legal standards and requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Design team and other teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct thorough research on materials and industry trends to develop cutting-edge packaging solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate creativity and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of packaging design, including structural integrity and graphic elements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure packaging guidelines are adhered to and that print production is consistent with brand requirements.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and factories to oversee the production process, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in packaging design and engineering, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
