About the Role

Our client is renowned for providing independent wealth management advice to private clients and business owners. Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join their client services team as an IFA Administrator.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working in an IFA/Wealth Management practice, possessing strong product knowledge in HNW Pensions & Investments, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to IFA's
  • Preparing correspondence, including letters and emails
  • Being the primary point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices, and business members
  • Maintaining administration systems
  • Ensuring daily workflow is completed
  • Assisting with IFA portfolio management
  • Preparing new business and review packs
  • Performing general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning duties

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, with whole-of-market product knowledge and proficiency in provider platforms. Industry qualifications are advantageous, but not essential. Full study support is available for those keen to progress.
