About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relief Driver to join our team in South London. As a key member of our sales and delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our products to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a 3.5t vehicle and visit 18 stores per day, working independently with strong time management skills.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with independent retailers to ensure our products are stocked in store.
  • Manage stock cash control, tracking and reconciliation, and maintain a fully operational van every day.
  • Build a strong team mentality and leverage your directs to adapt to delivering multiple targets.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a 'can-do' approach and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Requirements
  • Selling skills and people-focused skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market is desirable.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Experience of working to targets and a 'can-do' attitude are necessary.
  • Responsible and ethical behavior towards customers, suppliers, and others in the organization is expected.
