Overview
Marston's, one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains, is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead the Cwrt Rawlin in Caerphilly to success. With over 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels across the UK, we pride ourselves on our extensive portfolio of establishments.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management and be passionate about nurturing a team. They will thrive off growing their business and be accountable for running all aspects of the pub. As a key member of our team, they will work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving sales growth through innovative ideas and initiatives. You will also be accountable for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that your team is well-trained and equipped to meet the demands of the role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £38k per annum, plus bonus and a generous benefits package. This includes access to a pension plan, on-site accommodation, private healthcare, and award-winning training and development opportunities.
