Warehouse Operative Job Description

PE Global International is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Montrose, Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery transfer orders and Po lines, checking and confirming materials against purchase orders, and maintaining material traceability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify the accuracy of delivery transfer orders and Po lines
• Confirm materials are as per purchase order and highlight discrepancies to the Buyer/QA Department
• Check Transfer Order materials against TO paperwork and report any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate material traceability and log deliveries
• Analyze and upload material certification, informing Quality Assurance of any irregularities
• Update Project material documents as and when deliveries arrive to eliminate production delays
• Store materials in designated areas or issue to relevant teams
• Pick and issue materials as detailed on parts lists, ensuring full material traceability
• Preserve materials to be held in inventory
• Maintain good housekeeping for stores and yard areas
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and highlight areas requiring maintenance or safety risks
• Load/unload vehicles with Counterbalance FLT
• Remove and store materials in the warehouse using a D2 reach truck, recording locations and entering into the WRL system
• Action email requests in a timely manner to eliminate project hold-ups

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Counterbalance FLT operation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy in a high-pressure situation
