Spare Parts Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic after-sales team as a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer enquiries, owning the end-to-end sales process, and promoting spares sales for all contracts. Key responsibilities include:

Processing customer enquiries via phone or email
Requesting quotes from suppliers and processing purchases to the best price and quality
Converting enquiries to sales orders
Data entry on the MRP system
