Support Services Manager

About the Role: This full-time position involves working directly with our service users to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that promote their independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our service users.
- Provide high-quality support and guidance to our clients, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Collaborate with the Extra Care Registered Manager to ensure effective care planning and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
