About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Leadership Manager to join our team at the UK Electronics Skills Foundation. As a senior member of our staff, you will play a key role in delivering our current programmes and identifying opportunities to increase our impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee existing schools' projects to ensure operational effectiveness and impact.
  • Manage two direct reports and lead the development and creation of new projects and activities to promote Electronics in schools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external educational stakeholders and collaborators.

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience of STEM education in secondary schools or non-for-profit sector, inspiring and successfully managing operational teams, and leading collaboratively. You will also possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and work to KPIs.

This is a permanent position, and we offer flexible working arrangements. Our office is located on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire border, and there is an expectation of some UK travel (up to 10%). We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and collegiate, with a flexible and proactive approach.
