Job Title: QA Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Operator to join our team at Brightwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming goods, in-process materials, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sampling and testing of daily incoming goods and in-process materials to assure product quality.
  • Recording and labelling of all sampled goods.
  • Reporting non-conformances where applicable.
  • Performing routing end of line quality inspections.
  • Routine calibration checks.
  • Release of components and ingredients to Good Stock.
  • Ensuring all operating areas and equipment are maintained to the required levels of GMP and cleanliness.
  • Ensuring all health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a lab-based position.
  • Strong level of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work well alone and part of the wider lab team.
  • Quick learner who can take initiative to support business requirements.

Working Arrangements: This role is offered on a temporary ongoing basis, working on a continental pattern (2 on – 2 off, 3 on – 2 off, 2 on -3 off).
