Diagnostic Technician Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Pendragon Group. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest diagnostic techniques and technologies to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles.
  • Experience of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer.
  • Ability to use systems and equipment within our workshop.
  • Passionate about our industry, the people who work in it, and the people we serve.
