Job Title: Senior Underwriter - Real Estate/Property Owners

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our Commercial Division in London. As a Senior Underwriter, you will be responsible for developing and growing our Real Estate/Property Owners book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Perform thorough account analysis and risk assessments to ensure accurate pricing and risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain underwriting guidelines and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial underwriting, preferably in Real Estate/Property Owners.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong marketing and business development skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and brokers.
  • Highly computer literate, with advanced proficiency in underwriting systems.
  • Methodical approach to work, with strong organization and time management skills.
