Construction Administration Specialist

We Are Footprint, a well-established construction and engineering company based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Team Assistant Administrator to join our team.
This role requires a professional and reliable support service provider who can deliver exceptional administration and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in providing administration support, proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, and knowledge of the construction industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing competent and professional administration services to support all team members
- Contacting stakeholders and effectively dealing with enquiries
- Assisting management in deploying document control
- Covering reception duties and promoting efficient customer service
