Reward Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our global People team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our reward strategy and ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational delivery of compensation programs globally, including job levelling, job pricing, base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
- Manage benefit programs, including insured and non-insured benefits, plan design, build, implementation, renewal, and remarketing.
- Support the Head of Reward in developing and implementing reward strategy, reward transformation initiatives, and job architecture.
- Prepare Remuneration Committee papers and management information.
- Relevant and progressive experience in reward roles, with experience of working across diverse and complex business units.
- Experience in operational management of compensation and benefit programs.
- Experience of managing international reward issues, especially UK and US benefits, and ideally including experience of US healthcare and retirement plans.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
