Key Responsibilities:

* Manage production processes including assembly, inventory, documentation, equipment maintenance, calibration, shipping, and quality control.
* Recommend and implement improvements for new products and processes.
* Plan department workflow according to manufacturing sequences and lead times.
* Modify drawings and product designs as needed.
* Monitor consumables and tooling to ensure sufficient stock.
* Maintain quality standards per Company QMS procedures.
* Ensure compliance with Company Health and Safety policies.
* Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
* Assist in recruiting and selecting new staff.

Requirements:

* Relevant engineering qualification and practical experience.
* Understanding of quality standards.
* Qualification in mechanical assembly or equivalent experience.
* IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
* IPC J-STD-001 certification (preferred).
