**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Club Childcare Playwork Supervisor at our club at Birch Hill Primary School in Bracknell.

This part-time, term-time only position involves working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 8:50am. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained at all times.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the breakfast club, providing a safe and secure environment for children aged 4-11.
  • Deliver activities that meet KOOSA Kids and Ofsted standards.
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in a childcare or early years setting.
  • A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience working in a primary school, pre-school, or nursery setting is desirable.
