We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Henderson Loggie. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that drives business growth and innovation
  • Lead and manage our outsourced managed IT services contract to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our data and IT systems, adhering to industry best practices
  • Drive our digital transformation efforts, leveraging cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and automation to enhance client experiences
  • Ensure consistency of use of technology solutions across the business, promoting efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in technology management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent leadership and management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
