We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd in Brighton. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and site teams.
About the Role- Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, including general structures, design and build, and bespoke residential work.
- Collaborate with clients and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- At least 10 years' experience in structural engineering in the UK.
- Proficient in MasterSeries or Tekla, with experience of using AutoCAD and Revit an advantage.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £45k-£58k plus benefits.
- A 6 week break every 3 years, allowing you to take time off to relax, pursue hobbies, or give back to the community.
