About the Role

As a Survival Leader at Ultimate Activity, you will be responsible for managing a team of instructors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outdoor activities. You will inspire your staff to deliver exceptional experiences through leading by example, and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to on camp.

You will work closely with Head Office to update them on any issues that arise, and act as the point of contact for parents and host school representatives. This is a busy role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a paid pre-camp training program to prepare you for the role.
