The Quality Assurance Specialist position is working for a leading Aerospace manufacturer in Fareham. The role is Monday to Friday, working a 38 hour week, with an early Friday finish. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the production process, working closely with the production team to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvements and best practices
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related matters

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
