As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our shows, working closely with our creative team to bring our vision to life. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Stage Manager in the planning and execution of our productions
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement production plans
* Ensure the smooth operation of our shows, including set changes, lighting and sound cues, and special effects
* Communicate effectively with the cast, crew, and production team to ensure a seamless production

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience as a Stage Manager in small-scale theatre or touring productions
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
