Industrialisation Engineer for Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include:
- Experience working in a team within a matrix management structure within a larger organization
- Knowledge and experience of tech transfer activities for medical/pharma products moving from R&D into production
- Knowledge and experience in supplier management and capital equipment acquisition
- Knowledge and experience of process development tools and industry-accepted validation methods
- Provide expertise and input into device scale-up activities including design for manufacturability (DFM); design for assembly (DFA), precision component moulding, and assembly
- Specialist expertise knowledge area in one or more of the following:
- Process development & scale-up
- DFM/precision medical component moulding
- DFA/precision medical device assembly
- Primary packaging including sterile injectables, selection, fill-finish, and assembly
- Secondary & Tertiary packaging for medical/pharma products, development, and manufacturing
- Shipping & transport development & testing for medical/pharma products
We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to drive our success in this role.
