Technical Integration Specialist – ICS Shared Care Record Programme

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of the Mid and South Essex Shared Care Record programme. As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of records across our provider organisations and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions to support the MSE ICS Shared Care Record solution as a secure electronic data sharing platform.
  • Lead the technical elements and wider system programme team to ensure that technical workstream and programmes are planned and carried out effectively, safely and securely.
  • Develop and implement solutions for improving the flexibility and efficiency of systems integration, reducing the complexity of information systems in a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage the technical relationship with suppliers and system partners, ensuring that technical standards are met and that the programme is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a specialist technical area.
  • Extensive knowledge of technical specialist areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent.
  • Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development.
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of negotiation with senior stakeholders, presenting complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups.
