About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our Audi Dealership in Solihull.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in the motor trade or automotive industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
