Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the East Midlands. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects within the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with NEC and JCT Contracts, a strong commercial background, and excellent project management and cost control skills. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual performance of projects, identifying and effectively managing risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with assurance processes and policies.

A strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills are required to build robust relationships with project teams, clients, and members of the commercial team.
