Job Overview

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to drive financial management and analysis for a large-scale business with an £800 million turnover. As a key member of the team, you will provide critical commercial and financial insights, support, and control to empower National Account Managers and the broader business.

You will cultivate close relationships with National Account Managers to deliver clear and timely information, optimizing the profitability of their accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer account profitability, enhancing performance, or developing exit strategies.
  • Supporting the sales team in significant business tenders, reviews, and re-tenders, including attending customer meetings and presenting commercial proposals.
  • Contributing to the production of the National Accounts sales budget for your sector.
  • Overseeing the retro process end-to-end, including routine retro reporting, payment processing, and balance sheet reconciliations for National Account customers.
  • Executing bi-annual price reviews with the sales teams to ensure a seamless process.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, coupled with the ability to interpret financial and logistical information.
