Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Marlfield, Alton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, wellbeing, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Living: Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, and promote their independence and self-care.
- Person-Centred Care: Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Promote Independence: Encourage residents to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, providing emotional support and promoting a sense of community.
