About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Home Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide companionship and support to adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Helping with mobility around the home
  • Supporting with medication management
  • Assisting with household chores such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good communicator, empathetic, and able to work independently. You must also have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

What We Offer
