Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational support management and effective delivery of multi-disciplinary services within Housing. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality management to support staff, empowering them to support residents to make positive changes and informed choices moving towards independent living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational support team to ensure the effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professions to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to inform service improvements and compliance
  • Demonstrate compliance with external regulatory inspections and accreditations
Requirements
  • Equivalent CIH L3 in Housing or higher
  • Significant management experience in Housing, support services, or working with young people
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation and resulting practice/procedure issues in Housing or support services
