Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Telesales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing membership by selling the company's products and services.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who can make a volume of calls and generate leads for our business. You will need to be confident, determined, and have a strong desire to achieve success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Increase membership by selling the company's membership utilizing a combination of inbound and outbound telesales techniques.
  2. Take responsibility for individual sales to ensure initial interest is converted to full membership within set timeframes.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the full range of products and services available to our members.
  4. Provide a positive sales experience for all potential members.
  5. Undertake any other duties reasonably falling within the scope of the role.
  6. Maintain accurate knowledge of competitor activity.
  7. Achieve individual sales targets.
  8. Safeguard members' and others' personal data.
  9. Deal with both warm and cold calls.
  10. KPI targets are in place and a competitive bonus structure is on offer.
Benefits
  1. Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
