Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Lidl - Belvedere. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set a high standard for the store team and customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential
* Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines

Requirements:

* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers
* Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to support the team through every shift
* Pride in providing exceptional customer service
* Ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs

Salary: £38,500 - £46,200 per annum, including 10% London Allowance.
