Receptionist / Studio Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic individual to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist / Studio Administrator. As the welcoming face of our studio, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls, distribute messages, and arrange post and couriers
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, including catering for meetings
  • Assist with creating PQQ and tender documents
  • Perform minor PA duties, such as organizing travel arrangements and office events

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for tasks
