The successful candidate will provide a full range of computerized and clerical administrative support to the Rostering Services Department and deliver flexible, high-quality staffing and administrative resources to various wards and departments within our healthcare organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Rostering Services Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination of staffing and scheduling for various wards and departments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of resources.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations, applying this knowledge to support the Rostering Services Department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements

  • Good standard general education to GCSE level.

  • Experience of working to strict deadlines and under pressure.
  • Experience of updating IT systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

Contractual Requirements

  • Regular attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
  • Adherence to Trust and Departmental policies and procedures.
