Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Mentoring and guiding students through their educational journey, providing pastoral support when needed
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect among students and staff
  • Leading by example, inspiring students to achieve their best

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) PGCE or equivalent
  • Experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching

Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum
