Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Southall.
Job Summary:This is a fixed-term opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families within our healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health histories and physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Prescribe medications and order and interpret tests.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Master's degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Advanced Practice Nursing.
- Active nursing license and certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize demands.
- Experience working with electronic health records and other healthcare technology is preferred.
- £35-£45 per hour.
- Depending on experience.
- 2 days a week for a month.
- With a view to potentially stay on.
- NMC registered Nurse.
- Own a right to work in the UK.
