Geo Environmental Specialist

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Geo Environmental Specialist to join our team. As a Geo Environmental Specialist, you will be responsible for working on housebuilder-related projects, providing site-based oversight of ground investigation works, and conducting office-based tasks such as report writing and consultancy advice.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct desk studies and site investigations to gather data and information.
- Interpret chemical and geotechnical data to inform project decisions.
- Supervise site works and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare conceptual site models and contamination risk assessments.
- Develop and implement site remediation plans.
- Write technical and interpretative reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and ability to work with a range of software applications.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with clients, contractors, and other consultants.
- Relevant degree in geology, environmental science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Geo Environmental consultancy.
- Drive and ambition to learn and develop skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
