About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon in Winchester. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and commercially driven results.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering hearing tests and assessments to identify client needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Providing aftercare services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing the clinic with the support of a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, including staff management and performance monitoring.
- Ensuring a professional, courteous, and high-quality service is delivered to all customers.
- Acting as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, local communities, and other clinicians.

- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
- Exceptional standards of customer care and service.
- Commercial acumen and sensitivity.
