We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SHEQ Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of employees, the environment, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective SHEQ management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of key legislative regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure operational excellence.
- Minimum of Level 3 NEBOSH National General Certificate.
- Experience managing or operating under an effective SHEQ management system in an industrial setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
