Senior Home Helper Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Home Helper to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our CQC Outstanding team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in Stokesley and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. A passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives is essential.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our experienced office team to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary of approximately £26,000 per annum, based on a 30-hour working week, plus paid holiday leave and a pension scheme with company contributions. Additionally, you will receive bonus payments for completing your CAREGiver training and DBS reimbursement, as well as access to a free wellbeing and counselling service.
