About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our residents are met, including assisting with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.

You will be expected to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. Our commitment to safeguarding is paramount, and you will be required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role.
