About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Pharmacist to join our team in Frailty and Healthcare for Older People services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Healthcare for Older People and Frailty Teams to provide specialist pharmacy input and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist pharmacy input and support to our Healthcare for Older People and Frailty Teams
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement pharmacy services that meet the needs of older adults
  • Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services and ensure they are aligned with our Trust's strategic objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
