Job Title:

Senior Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

OCEAN EDGE EXECUTIVE SEARCH is assisting a client in West London to recruit a Senior Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering planned maintenance services to over 10,000 tenants.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Leading and managing a team to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and component replacements.
  2. Providing customer-focused service to all residents.
  3. Supporting and challenging managers to deliver outstanding services.
  4. Managing materials usage and monitoring subcontractors' performance.
  5. Building strong relations with stakeholders and improving productivity.
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and mandatory training.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience working in social housing repairs or a similar industry sector.
  2. Significant commercial acumen and experience of managing budgets.
  3. A working knowledge of Asbestos policy & procedures.
  4. Skilled application of risk assessments / method statements.
  5. A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive.
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
