Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Lucid Support Services Ltd. As a Remote engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hardware and software support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networks and Windows Operating systems, with experience in IT engineering ideally 2 years or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers receive timely and quality solutions, with regular updates and escalation if necessary.
  • Replace equipment such as desktops, laptops, monitors, and phones to enable swift resolution with minimal disruption.
  • Regularly review and adhere to Daisy Security Policies, which can be accessed through the Intranet.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks, non-ticketed projects, and other work as needed.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of networks and Windows Operating systems.
  • Familiarity with specific customer software is desirable.
  • Holding a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Salary: £32,000 per annum
