About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Project Lead to join our team at React Site Solutions. As a key member of our marine civils team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • UK recognised Engineering qualification, Degree/HNC/ONC (not NVQ).
  • Proven experience in heavy civils project management, with a good grounding in marine civils.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
