About the Role

We're seeking a Service Designer to join our team, designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for Government and Private Sector clients. As a Service Designer with Solirius Consulting, you'll be responsible for crafting inclusive, human-centred experiences that meet user and business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong listening and communication skills, a creative and structured approach, and experience in user-centred design, rapid prototyping, and agile development methodologies. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver projects and maintain our high standards of usability, accessibility, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centred Design Activities: You understand and perform user-centred design activities at all levels, from big-picture designs through to detailed interaction and visual design.
  • You're skilled in producing concise artefacts (e.g., personas, journey maps, blueprints, user stories) to communicate user and business needs.
  • You've worked with agile development teams and stakeholders to co-design products and services meeting user needs.
  • You're experienced in rapid prototyping, testing, iterating, and validating solution designs.
  • You've worked closely with our team to ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and inclusivity for products and services.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy flexible working arrangements, 25 days annual leave, 5 days allocated development training per year, contributory pension, gym membership, and annual away days and social events.
