Job Description:

We are currently seeking a senior-level data privacy professional to join our Graff Search team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading on data privacy, AI, and cybersecurity matters for our client's UK business. This includes developing and implementing effective data protection strategies, providing advice on data privacy law, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

As a key member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to work on related regulatory and compliance matters, supporting a culture of integrity and partnering with the business to ensure it meets its vision and expectations. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the company's approach to data privacy and ensuring that it remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data privacy law, preferably with experience in implementing data privacy policies and training employees. You should also have a good understanding of data privacy regulations and experience working with retail and consumer brands. This role requires a data privacy lawyer who is looking to do more, especially in the AI and cybersecurity space, as well as in the compliance and regulatory space.
