About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Needs Teacher to join our team in Poole. As a Special Education Needs Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within a local school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student, fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education.
  • Previous experience of working in a SEN school setting.
  • Strong understanding of different SEN needs and effective strategies for supporting students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
